This year, OGE scored 88% on the Employee Engagement Index, reflecting leaders, supervisors, and intrinsic work experience.
Highlights from the survey include:
- All of the survey items were identified as strengths scoring 65% positive or more and none were identified as challenges (35% negative or more).
- One-hundred percent (100%) of OGE respondents to the survey agreed that they are willing to put in the extra effort to get a job done.
- Ninety-Five percent (95%) of OGE respondents to the survey agreed that they are constantly looking for ways to do their job better.
