Reports to Congress

OGE produces substantive analyses and provides testimony on executive branch ethics laws at the request of Congress. OGE also complies with all statutorily mandated congressional reporting requirements. In addition, OGE regularly provides information to the Government Accountability Office as it prepares ethics-related reports.
