OGE Publishes Proposed Updates to its FOIA Regulations

OGE is committed to promoting transparency. By increasing transparency, we increase public understanding about what OGE's programs accomplish and strengthen accountability for results.

As part of OGE's efforts to promote transparency, OGE is revising its Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) regulations to incorporate best practices, as well as to better reflect the agency's current practices and organizational structure. OGE invites written comments on the proposed changes. Comments must be received on or before June 2, 2015.
